The LU Embassy was very pleased that the World premiere of the 🇱🇺-🇧🇪 co-production film 'Doubt', supported by @filmfundlux, was presented at the Warsaw International Film Festival. It was followed by an enriching exchange with LU producer, director and one of the main actors.

Ambasada Luksemburga z wielką radością przyjęła fakt, że światowa premiera filmu „Doubt”, koprodukcji 🇱🇺-🇧🇪, wspieranej przez Film Fund Luxembourg, odbyła się podczas Warsaw International Film Festival. Po projekcji Thierry Besseling, debiutujący jako reżyser filmu pełnometrażowego, opowiedział o tym, co zainspirowało go do opowiedzenia historii duchownego zmagającego się z wewnętrznym konfliktem i kryzysem wiary. Producent Jani Thiltges (Samsa Film) omówił wyjątkowe aspekty kręcenia filmu w miejscach kultu, natomiast Timo Wagner, odgrywający jedną z głównych ról, podzielił się szczegółami dotyczącymi procesu castingu. Following the screening, Thierry Besseling, making his feature-length directorial debut spoke about what inspired him to tell the story of a clergyman grappling with an internal conflict and a crisis of faith. Producer Jani Thiltges discussed the unique aspects of filming within sacred spaces, while Timo Wagner, who plays one of the lead roles, shared details about the casting process.
