Presentation of the Luxembourg Presidency priorities at the Sejm of the Republic of Poland

On 22 July 2015, the Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Poland, Mr Georges Faber,  presented the Luxembourg Presidency priorities to the members of the European Union Affairs Committee and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. The meeting was co-chaired by Mrs Agnieszka Pomaska (the European Union Affairs Committee in Sejm) and Mr Robert Tyszkiewicz (the Foreign Affairs Committee in Sejm). Mrs Anda Ābele, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Latvia to Poland presented the achievements of the Latvian Presidency. Ambassador Faber answered many questions of several deputies. The topics raised by the parliamentarians were, among others, the balance between competitiveness and sustainable development, the security in Europe and the European Neighbourhood Policy.
