Festival of Francophonie 2016: Voices from Chernobyl (La Supplication) the newest film production from Luxembourg at Kinolab, 22 March 2016

Within the framework of this year’s Festival of the Francophonie, on 22 March 2016 at Kinolab, Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle, the Embassy of Luxembourg presented the film made by Pol Cruchten Voices from Chernobyl (La Supplication) based on Svetlana Alexievich’s (Noble Prize in Litterature 2015) novel  Chernobyl Prayer: A Chronicle of the Future. Beautiful images were realized by Polish operator Jerzy Palacz.
