Second EU HoMs meeting in Vilnius under Luxembourg Presidency

On 16 November 2015 took place the second EU HoMs meeting at the Narutis hotel in Vilnius under the Luxembourg Presidency which was hosted by the Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Lithuania, Mr Georges Faber. The guest of honour was H.E. Mr Algirdas Butkevičius, Prime Minister of Lithuania. He had a lively discussion with the EU ambassadors about internal affairs, the Eastern partnership, the migration crisis and other related topics. It goes without saying that the terrorist attacks in Paris were on the minds of all the participants and were also among the topics discussed.  At 13h00 local time, the Prime Minister and the Ambassador called for a minute of silence in memory of the victims.
